Your order
You can order different quantities of the dishes subject to a MINIMUM of 10 for any dish. While our quantities are generous, if you order too little and run out of food, the responsibility is yours.
WE SUGGEST YOU ORDER AT LEAST 75% OF THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE AT YOUR PARTY
If you wish, you can buy prawns yourself and we will cook them for you at a charge of Rs. 50/portion. We use Sole fish. If you prefer some other fish, please inform. The rate my be affected. For starters/snacks, in most cases we budget 4 pieces per person. We do not make desserts.

Payment
Please pay your bill to the cook who comes to your party. The amount will be fixed before the start of the party.
Please do not ask him to return for payment the next day. Please.
We will be happy to accept cheques in the name of PHRARAM CATERING SERVICES Pvt. Ltd. Taxes will be charged as applicable. In case of need, we will request an advance from you.
Discounts
We are asked to give discounts for numerous reasons:
I am a regular customer I am a first time customer I am doing this for a friend Its too much money for me
We live in an expensive place and an expensive age. We need to make our profit too. People who make these requests embarrass us immensely when we have to refuse. We CANNOT give discounts on our rates. Please understand this and order within your budget. All rates are mentioned herewith and you know what you are going to be paying even before you order.
Service Issues
A cook will arrive at your party minimum 30 minutes before the party time. Most food is prepared or semi-finished. He will heat and garnish the food and put it into your dishes. He is not dressed for, or trained to serve your guests. Waiters can be arranged separately for you.
ANY SERVICE FROM AN OUTSIDE AGENCY IS ARRANGED FREE OF CHARGE AND AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY/NON PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE
Currently waiters charge Rs. 1000 each in Delhi and Rs. 1000 in NCR, payable directly to them. Barmen charge Rs. 2000. We do not provide crockery, cutlery, serving dishes etc. We can put you in touch with those who do. We will provide everything required to make the food. If however you can conveniently provide us with a gas cylinder, that would be appreciated.
